Our Venue Policies
& Terms 

We have had the pleasure of hosting Beautiful Weddings and Social Events Since 2017

Save The Date
 

 

To "Save the Date" We require a Signed Venue Rental Contract + $1,000 Non-Refundable Retainer+ $500 Damage Deposit.  Sorry, We Do Not Hold Dates.

We require a $1M event insurance policy with The Ranch On Vinton Rd and its owners listed as the additional insured.   Approximate cost - $250.

All Sales are subject to Gratuity and Texas Sales Tax at 8.25% 

Pricing subject to change at Any Time.  Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour.  Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking.  If there has been a change in rate, your contract will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.

 

We are a licensed bar we do our own catering and all our rentals.

 

Events over 150 Guests are required to add Port a Potty. 

 

We can work with your Vendors including Event Planners~ we would just need a Flat Fee + Waiver

 

Weekday & Sunday Events Must End by 10 pm

 

Additional Security per 50 Guests.

 

Permission to Photograph Private Property is required for any Photographer or Videographer.

 

All our Packages can be customized.

Treatment and Clean Up of Property
 

 

The Ranch On Vinton Rd and Staff will Set up and Tear Down all tables, chairs and remove linens & decor after Event.

Once your Event is finished, we ask that you clear all personal items and have someone assigned to manage so that nothing gets left behind.  

All personal items need to be removed from The Ranch On Vinton Rd by the end of your event or they will become property of The Ranch On Vinton Rd.  We are not responsible for any item(s) left behind.

We do not allow any Food items to be kept in our refrigerator or on site for your event.  Decor such as keepsakes for example for your Event can be brought in prior to your event, at Rehearsal. 


Property
 

 

Tables, Chairs, lines existing decor is included with your rental and will be set up by The Ranch On Vinton Rd & The Ranch Posse Staff. 

You are not allowed to attach anything to walls with tacks, nails or sticky tack.

Smoking and Vaping are not permitted inside the Barn or the Upstairs Suites, or Patio areas. 

 

Use of confetti, glitter or faux foliage is prohibited anywhere on the property.  The use of bubbles is prohibited inside the Barn and Upstairs Suites.

Any property, rentals, furniture, decor lines cutlery anything used for your event is your responsibility.  If any damage is found, you will be responsible for any damages.  

No animals will be allowed inside the venue other than service animals with proper documentation.

Fireworks are prohibited at The Ranch On Vinton Rd other than Sparklers used for "Send Off's".  Sparklers must be held at least 20 feet from barn or any building structure and in a safe area.  You will be asked to have a designated Member of your Wedding Party dispose of extinguished sparklers in a separate container.  We can go over all this at Planning.  ​​​


Safety
 

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

No Children are allowed to play by themselves.  Adults should oversee any children playing at all times.

Entering any of the animal pens or stalls is not permitted

Please do not feed our animals and maintain a safe distance they are animals, and they might react at any time. 

Please lock your vehicles and keep your belongings supervised.  The Ranch On Vinton Rd and Staff are not responsible for any items left behind, lost or stolen items.

No Alcohol is allowed to be brought in or taken out of The Ranch On Vinton Rd.  The Ranch On Vinton Rd is a licensed Bar.  No one under 21 can be served Alcohol.  No Guests or Wedding Parties are allowed behind the bar. In the event Alcohol is brought in Damage Deposit is Forfeit and Person(s) may be asked to remove Alcohol from premises or be removed permanently from your event.

The Ranch On Vinton Rd and Staff reserves the right to oversee all alcohol consumption and escort any disruptive or unruly guests off the premises. 

 

In the event there is a fight or altercation The Ranch On Vinton Rd has the right to Stop and Cancel your Event and any Damage Deposit will be forfeit. 

 

The Ranch On Vinton Rd and its Staff are not responsible for any accidents.


Vendors
 

 

All Vendors are Welcome and must check in with The Ranch On Vinton Rd's Staff upon arrival.  

Vendor Permission & Waiver Contract must be on file 90 days prior to event.  

Vendors must be licensed and carry insurance certificate for themselves and their hired staff.  

Dj/ Mc hired by you must check in with The Ranch On Vinton Rd's Staff for proper sound system requirements and connections.


​All Vendors are required to keep their services Family Friendly.  


Photography & Video
 

 

All Photographers and Videographers must sign a Permission to Photograph Waiver with The Ranch On Vinton Rd prior to any event. 

The Ranch On Vinton Rd reserves the right to obtain and use photographs for promotional purposes.

 

Photographers willing to share images with The Ranch On Vinton Rd will be given credit for their work and must contact us personally to give us copyright release for promotional use.

 

Two (2) hour Engagement Photography sessions may be done at The Ranch On Vinton Rd Prior to your Wedding, for No Charge if your wedding and reception is booked at The Ranch On Vinton Rd.  You will need to reserve a time and date for the session that is does not interfere with another event at our property. 

All Photography and Videography is required to be Family Friendly.  Thank you in advance.
